This policy covers every app published on the App Store by Saif Al Suwaidi. The short version: these apps do not collect, store or share any personal data.

What data we collect
None. Animate Some, HueG and PolyNest do not collect, store or share any personal data or usage data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no tracking and no advertising, and nothing you make or do in the apps is sent to us.
Some features need access to parts of your device, such as the photo library or the camera. They are listed for each app below. That access is used only on your device, only to perform the feature you are using, and nothing from it is collected by us.
Third parties
The apps contain no analytics tools, advertising networks or tracking SDKs, and no parent company, subsidiary or other related company has access to user data. We do not share data with anyone, because we do not have any.
If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect, and any third party involved will be required to protect your data at least as well as this policy and Apple's App Review Guidelines require.
Apple handles App Store purchases, Family Sharing and downloads under Apple's own privacy policy. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. These do not identify you, and you can turn them off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Your work stays on your device
Everything you make or import is saved on your device. It only leaves it when you choose to, for example by saving to Photos or Files, or by sharing through the iOS share sheet. What happens after that is covered by the privacy policy of the app or service you share to.
Data retention and deletion
We do not keep any of your data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to retain, and nothing to request or delete from us.
- Your projects, drawings and models stay on your device until you delete them in the app.
- Deleting an app removes everything it stored on your device.
- Images and videos you saved to Photos or Files stay there until you delete them yourself.
Withdrawing consent
Each permission is requested only the first time you use the feature that needs it. You can turn any permission off at any time in the Settings app, under Privacy & Security or under the app's own name. Turning a permission off only stops the feature that uses it.
If you have any question about your data, or want us to confirm that we hold nothing about you, email the address for that app below and we will reply.
Animate Some
Animate Some asks for these permissions only when you use the feature that needs them. You can turn each one off at any time in the Settings app.
Photo library
- Used to import your assets (images, GIFs and videos) and to save your exports.
- No photos or other data from your photo library are collected or shared.
Bluetooth and MIDI
- Used to connect MIDI controllers and Bluetooth game controllers so you can control your scene with them.
- The app only reads the controls you press. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.
Camera
- Used to stream your camera feed into a scene so you can add effects to it in real time.
- The camera feed is processed on your iPad. It is not recorded or sent anywhere, and only becomes part of a file if you choose to export your scene.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date, before the change takes effect in any app.
